Venus King joined Schuster Anderson Wealth Advisors in May 2026, where she serves in an internal leadership role focused on team development and operational excellence. She has more than 20 years of experience coaching, leading, and developing individuals and organizations, combined with a strong foundation in corporate business and organizational leadership.

Venus brings 10 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, where she developed deep expertise in client service, relationship management, and operational support. She has a strong track record of building client trust, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring accuracy in financial processes.

She holds degrees from Wayne State College and Doane University, including a Master’s degree in Management. Becoming a Business Administration Instructor at Central Community College in Grand Island in 2017 allowed her to bring real world experience to the classroom. In 2026, she received the Dale P. Parnell Faculty Recognition Award, a national honor recognizing her commitment to student success and her ability to create a meaningful and lasting impact in the classroom.

At Schuster Anderson, Venus plays a key role in strengthening internal processes, developing team members, and fostering a culture centered on growth and accountability. Outside of her professional work, Venus enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband and two sons.
