Growing up in Valentine, Nebraska, Talia graduated from Valentine Rural High School before earning a Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She began her career at Ameritas Investment Corp and later returned to her hometown to join Ameriprise Financial. In the fall of 2024, she became part of the Schuster Anderson Wealth Advisors team, where her expertise continues to benefit clients across all stages of life.

Talia is deeply committed to her community, dedicating her time to local events and serving on the boards of the Sandhills Area Foundation and the Cherry County Hospital Foundation.

Family is a cornerstone of Talia’s life. She and her husband, Josh, are proud parents to two sons, Ty and Trey. She loves watching them play multiple sports—especially baseball, her favorite. Talia believes in starting each day with intention, setting the tone by heading to the gym every morning for a strong and focused start. She also enjoys helping Josh with investment properties whenever possible. Together, they embrace life’s adventures, with family trips being their favorite way to create lasting memories.
