Hailey joined the Schuster Anderson Wealth Advisors team in 2026, bringing a strong sense of drive, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others. She enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues, staying organized, and contributing to a positive, seamless client experience.

A Grand Island native, Hailey graduated from Grand Island Northwest High School in 2021. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Kansas in May 2025. While at KU, she was actively involved in Delta Gamma and the Marketing Club, experiences that strengthened her communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Before joining Schuster Anderson, Hailey gained valuable experience at Avant Specialty Benefits in Kansas City, where she served as both an intern and a full-time Account Manager. Her time at Avant helped her develop a strong foundation in client service, relationship management, and operational efficiency.

Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys playing golf, spending time at the lake, traveling, and being with her family. She values staying active, connecting with others, and has a love of learning.
