Connor joined Schuster Anderson in 2024, eager to gain hands-on experience and expand his knowledge of the industry. In 2025, he stepped into a new role as Service Advisor and Paraplanner for the Family Wealth Team. In his role, he collaborates closely with other advisors to help ensure client needs are met and supports the team’s daily operations.

Born and raised in Hastings, Nebraska, Connor graduated from Hastings High School in 2022. He then went on to complete his bachelor’s degree in finance from Hastings College in 2025.

During his time at Hastings College, Connor was actively involved in extracurricular activities. He competed as a long and triple jumper on the Track and Field team during his first two years and served as Vice President of FBLA and was in the Student Association.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time outdoors, especially visiting Harlan Lake with his family including his two younger brothers. A passionate sport enthusiast, he loves working out, coaching young athletes, and keeping up with the latest in sports. In his downtime, he enjoys watching movies, reading, and listening to music.
